Counselling or Psychotherapy?

Counselling involves working on a particular issue, such as bereavement or the end of a relationship.

Psychotherapy is more wide-ranging than counselling and allows for a deeper exploration of how you became the person you are today, and how you can form new ways of being.

With increased awareness and understanding of our patterns of behaviour, we can learn to make better choices for ourselves in order to live the life we want.
