My training and experience
I completed a rigorous seven year diploma training in Humanistic Psychotherapy at the Spectrum Therapy Centre, one of the largest and most established centres for Humanistic Psychotherapy in Europe, I continue to be in on-going supervision and professional development at Spectrum.
I have extensive experience helping clients with all types of issues, particularly low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, sexuality, addiction, anger management and bereavement.
I also offer relationship therapy helping couples work through and resolve various issues, including the development of improved communication and deeper physical and emotional intimacy.
I am a fully accredited member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and I abide by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling & Psychotherapy.
