As a young adult I suffered from high levels of anxiety and recurring depression. I was on and off anti-depressants for ten years until I discovered talking therapy. Within six months of beginning work with my therapist, whom I saw weekly, I was able to come off the anti-depressants for good.
After having such a positive and life changing experience through talking therapy I decided to train as a therapist myself.
Previously I worked as an employment lawyer for a legal charity, having qualified as a barrister.
